Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TechBuddy4Biz ("TechBuddy4Biz", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, portal, and all related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TechBuddy4Biz.

1) Description of service

TechBuddy4Biz is an AI-powered social media automation and lead management platform designed for small businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to: automated social media content creation, scheduled post publishing to Facebook and Instagram, comment and direct message management, lead qualification, customer engagement automation, and analytics dashboards.

2) Account registration

To use TechBuddy4Biz, you must complete our onboarding process and provide accurate, complete information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each business should have one TechBuddy4Biz account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3) Social media connections

TechBuddy4Biz requires you to connect your Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business account through Meta's OAuth authorization process. By connecting your accounts, you:

• Authorize TechBuddy4Biz to publish content, manage comments, respond to messages, and access analytics on your behalf through Meta's APIs.
• Acknowledge that you are the authorized administrator of the Facebook Page and/or Instagram Business account you are connecting.
• Retain full ownership and control of your social media accounts at all times.
• Can disconnect your accounts at any time through Settings > Connected Accounts or through your Facebook Settings.

TechBuddy4Biz is not responsible for changes to Meta's platform, API availability, or third-party platform policies that may affect service functionality.

4) Content and publishing

TechBuddy4Biz uses AI technology to generate social media content (captions, images) tailored to your business. All AI-generated content is presented to you for review and requires your explicit approval before being published to any platform.

• You are responsible for reviewing all content before approving it for publication.
• You are responsible for ensuring that published content complies with applicable laws and platform policies (including Meta's Community Standards and Instagram's Terms of Use).
• TechBuddy4Biz does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors, inaccuracies, or unintended interpretations.
• You retain ownership of your business content. TechBuddy4Biz retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to use TechBuddy4Biz to:

• Publish illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in any form of automated abuse.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Violate the terms of service or policies of any connected third-party platform (including Meta/Facebook/Instagram).
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or engaging in abusive behavior.

6) Intellectual property

TechBuddy4Biz owns all rights to the platform, software, workflows, AI models (as applied within our service), branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of your business data, social media content, and any information you provide to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.

7) Data and privacy

Your use of TechBuddy4Biz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. For information on how to request deletion of your data, see our Data Deletion page.

8) Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including third-party API outages). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechBuddy4Biz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to TechBuddy4Biz in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

TechBuddy4Biz is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (including Meta, Facebook, or Instagram) that affect your accounts or content, including but not limited to: account suspensions, content removals, API changes, or policy enforcement.

10) Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can stop using TechBuddy4Biz and request account deletion by contacting us at support@techbuddy4biz.com. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your social media connections will be disconnected and stored access tokens will be deleted.
• You may request an export of your data before or after termination.
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the portal or via email. Your continued use of TechBuddy4Biz after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
